1. All-Clad Tri-Ply 12-inch Fry Pan
The All-Clad Tri-Ply 12-inch Fry Pan is our top choice for a stainless steel skillet, beating all of its competitors. Our tester raved about its USA-made, fully clad, tri-ply construction, which delivered both perfectly seared steaks and pan sauces beautifully without any signs of scorching. Though it’s lightweight, it retains heat nicely and is the best in the group at even heating.
2. All-Clad Waffle Maker
This sturdy and shiny waffle maker impressed our reviewer during testing as it consistently baked up four crispy squares with melt-in-your-mouth centers. The customization setting allows you to adjust the browning level, from light to dark. It’s also convenient to clean, with a little drip tray hooked onto the back of the machine.
3. All-Clad Immersion Blender
This stainless steel immersion blender from All-Clad is the real deal—beautifully designed, incredibly sturdy, and eerily quiet when in use, despite its 600-watt motor. With its long wand and blending head that promotes liquid flow, it excelled at blending soup, smoothies, and mayo quickly and evenly in our tests.
4. HA1 Hard-Anodized Nonstick Cookware Set
If you’re shopping for a nonstick cookware set, the All-Clad HA1 10-piece set is the best choice. It’s beautifully designed, featuring a sleek, black finish and shiny metal handles. Unlike other nonstick cookware sets that can’t produce a crispy sear, our reviewer found the pans to do particularly well in creating a hard sear while she cooked chicken with skin on. The lidded pot is great for creating fluffy rice, as the tight-fitting lid is able to trap steam inside. The set includes 8- and 10-inch frying pans, 2.5- and 3.5-quart sauce pans, a 4-quart sauté pan, and an 8-quart stockpot.
5. All-Clad SD700450 Slow Cooker
Though this large cooker may seem heavy at first, its sturdy and ergonomic handles make moving it a lot easier, according to our tester. Its black, ceramic insert is safe for oven use and cleaning in the dishwasher. Like the exterior, the insert also has handles that allow you to transport the inner pot from one place to another. It’s programmable and has three cooking modes (Low, High, and Hi/Lo). Once cooking is completed, it automatically switches to Keep Warm setting and will last up to six hours.
6. All-Clad Stainless 14-inch Open Stir Fry Pan
This 14-inch wok doesn’t come cheap, but it’s constructed from American-made steel and it also comes with a lifetime warranty. If you do a lot of stir-frying, it might be worth the price tag. Although it took longer to heat than any of the other pans in our tests, the tri-ply bonded steel heated evenly once it got there and retained that heat just as well.
7. All-Clad E752C264 Stainless Steel Large Roaster
This tri-ply stainless steel roasting pan was one of our top performers in our oven tests and made a nice gravy. Though it’s not inexpensive, our tester thinks its heavy construction and excellent performance will last you a long time. The flat handles are designed to help you lift and transport the pan comfortably when it’s hot (with plenty of room even while you’re wearing oven mitts).
8. All-Clad Kitchen Scale
This large scale comes with a magnetic weighing plate that has a flared rim, a helpful feature for home cooks which can help keep oddly-shaped objects (apples, watermelons) in place while weighing. Its LCD control pad is responsive and the display screen gives readings instantly. You can adjust the modes (oz, mL, lbs, g, and kg) depending on what you’re measuring. Overall, its build quality may last you a while—if space is no concern.
9. All-Clad Graphite Core 8.5-inch Skillet
If you prefer a piece of cookware that’s lightweight but powerful, you may want to check out the All-Clad Graphite Core collection. Our reviewer was amazed by how light this skillet felt, as well as its incredible ability to evenly distribute and retain heat. With a lightly greased surface, she was able to effortlessly make eggs and pancakes without burnt bits.
10. All-Clad Graphite Core 10.5-inch Skillet
For cooking a large meal, an 10.5-inch skillet is what you’ll need. Unlike other stainless steel skillets, this one with a graphite core is exceptionally easy to handle, thanks to the lightweight material used in the construction of the pan. Our reviewer had no issue tossing vegetables multiple times while making a sauté.
11. All-Clad Graphite Core 2.5-quart Saucier with Lid
This saucier is great for making a delicate sauce, risotto, or polenta, as the curved bottom prevents any food bits from getting lodged and scorched in the corners of the pan. It features a wide and flared opening, making pouring liquid out of this pan easy. Thanks to the light graphite core, transporting this saucier from the stovetop to the dinner table (if needed) is easy-breezy.
12. All-Clad Graphite Core 3-quart Sauté Pan with Lid
As graphite is more conductive than copper, a highly conductive material used for quick heating, this 3-quart sauté pan has become our new favorite for quick sears. Our reviewer was impressed by the crispy crust on the steaks and the golden-brown skin of the chicken thighs she cooked using pans from this collection.
